Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 October 2025

At LearnLuma, we put great care into planning and delivering our sustainability education programs. Because of this, all course and program fees are non-refundable once paid.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds will only be issued in the following case:

  • If a program is canceled, postponed indefinitely, or does not take place as scheduled.

In such situations, you may choose to receive:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • A credit transfer towards another LearnLuma course or program.

If approved then refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 days

When Refunds Do Not Apply

  • If you are unable to attend after registering

  • If you change your mind after purchase

  • If you fail to complete the program
